Terms and Conditions
1. Promotional period
- Offer valid from Thursday 27 November 2025 to Monday 2 December 2025 inclusive.
- Purchases must be paid in full within this period to qualify.
2. Eligibility
- Open to new and existing Dr Kate Aesthetics clients aged 18 or over.
- Offer valid in-clinic or via approved online/telephone sales only.
- Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards.
3. Complimentary treatment conditions
- Complimentary treatments are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Complimentary treatments must be booked and redeemed by 1st September 2026.
- Subject to medical assessment and practitioner approval; suitability for treatment will be confirmed at consultation.
- If a client is unsuitable for a chosen complimentary treatment, an alternative from the list will be offered.
4. Gift voucher conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Vouchers may be used for any full-priced treatment or product at Dr Kate Aesthetics.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers or exchanged for cash.
5. Skincare purchases
- Applies to all medical-grade skincare purchased directly through Dr Kate Aesthetics during the promotional period.
- Online skincare orders must be completed and paid within the promotional dates to qualify.
6. General terms
- Offer available while stocks last and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
- Dr Kate Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse the offer if fraudulent activity is suspected or terms are not met.
